Tea Cozies

I love tea cozies and I've seen some really nice ones on the internet recently. Since I knit and crochet, I'm going to start making some. In the meantime, here are some pictures of tea cozies I found on Flicker:
Isn't this one pretty? That teapot sure looks cozy. I've been buying teapots at thrift stores for real cheap, so I can dress them in cozies.

Here's another lovely tea cozy.

Here's a nice one for Halloween or even Thanksgiving.

This is my favorite and one I have to make. A tea cozy would be a nice give away don't you think?

I'm linking to Cindy Adkins Whimsical Musings Magazine Blog. She makes beautiful blog buttons. She made mine. Run over and take a look. She also has some great tutorials on blogging.

  1. Those are so cute! I don't have any tea cozies...knitting isn't one of my talents, I'm afraid. I like the orange autumn one on the brown tea pot! Yes, it would make a fantastic giveaway (hint..hint..lol)

  2. Oh wow, those tea cozies are adorable!! Thank you so much for letting people know about my blog buttons and headers--that was SO sweet of you. I will do a post about your blog this week too! I wanted to tell you something about those blue and white plates...I lived in Granada Hills when the earthquake hit and I lost all of mine. I had bought them in 1979 and I loved them...But, after the earthquake, I changed my colors, so I got different plates! lol

  4. Although I heard of tea cozies, I had no idea what they were. Those are so adorable. Love the pumpkin and the one with the strawberries. They would make great gifts!
